Name: Tsunami Everspring
Nickname: Lady Tsunami
Age: Due to an advanced lifestyle and species, her age is about 200! (Her physical appearance is 19)
Gender: Female
Species: Water Dragon
Affiliation: Neutral
Type: Mind
Description: This is her royal gown. Her hands and her feet are webbed so she can swim to high speeds. The large fins on her back function for hydrodynamics, which is one of the reasons why she tends to be so quick in the water.
Status: Maiden of the Sea, and a Royal Council member
Location: Atlantis
Abilities:
1. She can communicate with the marine mammals that are not Mobians. She'll summon them and then set them upon her opponent as an attack. This also allows her to get information all around the sea through these creatures, sometimes acting for her as spies and scouts. This can appear as her speaking without having to move her lips at all!
2. On her fingers and toes, she has unbelievably sharp claws and will use them in close-combat, alternating swipes from hands and feet which require her agility in the water to accomplish. It appears as some martial arts style, but not of anything official.
3. Being a dragon, she has a very hard exterior that acts as her armor and it is hard to pierce through.
Weakness:
1. Her abilities are limited, so she cannot fight alone and successfully win.
2. Though her exo-skeleton is very hard, if it is broken and she bleeds into the ocean , she can be weakened more easily.
3. Like most Sea Mobians, she cannot stay out of water for long periods of time.
POW Move:
The Calling - First by deafening her opponent with a loud screech, it will call all the sea creatures who hear it, which triggers a sort of rampage inside of them and will angrily attack her opponent. (First she rolls a die of 8 to see how many fish come. Then her MP is added +2 for an attack per fish)
Chaos Ability: She cannot use the Chaos Emeralds
Character Stats:
PP: 5
LP: 9 (+3 in water)
MP: 7
Personality: Despite her young appearance, Tsunami is very mature (which is pretty much normal for her age). She had been raised as properly as possible, upbringing a young, patient, and wise ruler of Atlantis. She also has a very strong will, and though she appears fragile, she is far from the sort. Only if necessary, she will defend herself, but this is a rarity. Not only that, but she is scarcely intimidated by any danger that confronts her. Because of this, Tsunami ends up looking serious 24/7, but in there, there is still that innocence that wonders, and feels, and smiles and etc.
She doesn't trust any strangers, especially if they're shady looking characters. Not the type to be rash, she'll keep an eye on the newcomers, whether she sends spies after them, or she has one of the cameras positioned in the city zoom in on what they're doing. Tsunami tends to be quite nosy, but this is because she hates not knowing something that regards her in any way, and considering the fact that she is the ruler of Atlantis; an all around knowledge of social status is necessary for the safety of her city.
History: She has been born in the legendary city of Atlantis, where their technology surpasses much, but only for the purpose of a comfortable living in the ocean. Their city is hidden just so that no one discovers the great city and uses their technology for their own selfish purposes, or even against them. Therefore, they are not so welcoming to visitors. Tsunami has been raised to believe this, and this is partly what taught her not to trust strangers. As a member of the Royal Council which governs Atlantis, she is the one who makes the final decision in debates, like a judge, since she is the one currently seated among Atlantis's throne.
Awhile ago, there was an incident where a tag-team gang of sharks were threatening Atlantis, using their technology against them to harm the innocent and get what they wanted. This got worse enough that they surrounded Tsunami in the palace, about to take her hostage. Being who she was, Tsunami was not surrendering so easily. However, being outnumbered, she was no match. Just as they would strike her, an electric figure popped out of nowhere and saved her. Not wanting to be rude, Tsunami thanked the eel who introduced himself to her as Shockwave. Though her distrust for strangers led her to kindly ask Shockwave to leave Atlantis. Shockwave insisted that he should stay to see the sights, and thus it became an endless goose chase with Shockwave and spies, Shockwave not being aware that he was being watched. Eventually he became bored, and just as Tsunami had asked, he left the city.
When the sharks returned with more reinforcements and were reeking havoc, Tsunami was defenseless, and the only thing she could do was hope that help would come back. The fish had heard her pleas, and they sought out Shockwave to save Atlantis again. What it came down to was a showdown with the ringleader of the gang and Shockwave, and Shockwave came out on top, again driving away the gang permanently this time. Tsunami was in gratitude to Shockwave, softening up on her hardened view on strangers. Though Shockwave had to leave once again, because of his desire to venture where no marine Mobian ventures before.
