However, the winds were fierce and mighty, for the Egg Carrier was flying through the grey clouds. Everything shook, ripping apart, as the winds carried Sonic away, high in the air.

Flying over the center, it seemed Sonic was safe from the turrets. But now he had a group of five jets on his trail and surrounding him.

Sonic would see the green round giant case near the front of the Egg Carrier, the very same place he fought Chaos 6. One the center, something was lifted off it. Something that popped out that wasn't useful.  |

Sonic smashed it in two, blowing a hole on the ship. Alarms roared, as the side of the ship opened a hatch and let out ten Shark Jets to scatter out and deal with the attacker. Meanwhile, Metal rocketed right for Sonic, diving at him with a flying Spin Dash, something that shouldn't be possible in the air. The more jets he struck, the stronger Sonic became, shooting like a blue laser... [dice=20] And with the gained power he had, he used it to his advantage by ramming into the aerial Metallix.
