 Perching high on top of one of the pyramid-like temples, Rouge spied over on the echidnas. She didn't know how, but she was up to speed on what was going on, so seeing two Knuckles wasn't all that weird.  "Kids...all so naive." a sagely voice chuckled. "Huh?" Looking back...  She had no idea what to make of this character. |

Points to the younger Knuckles. That always confused him when involving people meeting his past self. That must be one reason Aleena advised they shouldn't be doing. But, here they are... Knuckles has no memory ever meeting himself. Sonic did in the Fleetway comic, but even that time loop didn't make much sense. "No clue... though, this warp wasn't made normal, from what I'm told." |

"Princess? You mean....that person you said that was the only logical one?" he asked, still stunned that he was in an echidna city. He wondered....if he would be able to find someone of his family line...other than Jan...
"Hm?" How strange...well stranger than a city full of endangered ant-eaters. In the traffic, she saw someone wrapped in cloaks like someone in the Arabians. Now why would someone be the only one covering themselves in this hot climate? Especially when not many have the same fashion sense. The answer is this person is likely after something valuable. Hopefully its a jewel. If not...well....everything in this dump is a historic treasure. |

"She sacrificed herself and sealed her own soul and Chaos into the emerald, till it was shattered. Sonic managed to heal Chaos' rage, thus he wasn't needed to be sealed anymore." |

The cloaked woman snuck up the stairs of the palace, as she was able to access with no guards around. It seems many of the guards were gathered by the chief for some manner about the war. "Hmmm..." Meanwhile, Rouge perched on a nearby building, watching the girl go in. The moment she entered the temple on the top, Rouge shot off to the air. "Tikal?" the cloaked girl called, entering the Mayan-like room, filled with rugs and all. "Tikal, you home?" |
