Not only did he rip the robot apart, but he also melted the metal itself. There was some static sound that was fading out, perhaps another bad pun, but it was too muffled to comprehend as it finally died out.

FLAP! The sides of the box fell off, and right in Sonic's hand, he was holding a cake... with each candle being dynamite! BOOOOOOOMMM!!!!! "HAHAHAHAAHAHHA!!!" The explosion caused soot to cover Sally and Sonic's face, while it blew off the clthes off the delivery man, revealing him to be a green duck on stilts, laughing on his back.
