Location: Formally Dark Castle, now lies in a Kukku's base
Abilities: She tries to make he seem to be an all-powerful witch, but Tails proove just how weak her magic was. Like her abilities to make creatures into crystals, were just made from materials and potions Wendy was able to make on the island, but Tails got rid of the source, leaving Wendy unable to crystalize anyone again.
Her true power is within potions, and they'll have to be sprayed, drank splashes onto someone or thing to have it effect. One of the potions she used was a youth formula, to be young. However, she has to make a new batch every now and then or she'll be her old aging self again.
She's a real good cart driver too, and great at setting traps
Weakness: She's a potion-witch, she does't have magic powers coming from her. Her old self is...old, being weak and slow, relying on a cart or her minions to do the fighting, unless she has that youth potion ready.

An old and crazy woman (mostly in her true form) who's very possesive, claiming she owns an island, and enslaved it inhabitants, telling a lie that she has magic powers, when she can only make potions, and tricked the people into getting splashed by the crystal spell, and if that doesn't work, she'll have her thugs deal with them.
History:
She came to an island mysterious, riding on a minecart with her three underlings. Together, they cast a threat on the island to be thier rulers, and made them believe Wendy was a powerful witch, when in truth she can only make potions. The only way to make sure they would believe it, Wendy got the ingredients she needed and planted them within the clouds of the island, and when it rain many who gets spalshed on turns into crystal.
Thus no rebellion was on the island till Tails appears, and stopped the witch and her henchcreatures, and all four were kicked off the island.
Out casted, they didn't had enough power to rise into power till they met Speedy of the Kukkus, who offered them a position on the army since they have a shared enemy. Thus Wendy had power again, and used it to get more ingredients to spell, including a youht formula.
