Location: Westopolis
Abilities: Mina's hardly much of a fighter, but living in the dangerous city that is Westopolis, a girl has to protect herself. That is why she carries a guitar. Not only does she uses it whenever she thinks of a song, it can also be used as a weapon. The guitar hardly breaks, because it was built by Rotor, using a special alloy he used for Bunnie's armor.
Mina also is quite quick, about as fast as a cheetah. And also being a mongoose, Mina is good at hiding.
She also has a special kind of ability, a gene that has been passed down by her family, biologically. But this gene's purpose has yet to be discovered.
However, because of her species, Mina can heal pretty quick, but perhaps a little abnormally.
Weakness: Mina is often very clumsy, and has a lack of coordination. This makes her seem scattered-brained and without focus to others. While Mina is quite sociable, there are times she can be shy to 'important' people. Mina is a huge fan of Sonic, but unlike Amy, if she were to meet him, she freeze.
Also, Mina's trauma is slowly, very slowly, destroying her, mentally. Mina is never open to how she truly feels, and hides it under happiness.

Chaos Ability: Mongoose Speed: With an emerald in possession, Mina's speed increases greatly, up to 400 mph. This adds and extra +1 to her LP, but not for each emerald.
Super Healing: Her wounds are able to heal in a matter of seconds. If she were to lose a limb completely, she'd grow a new one.

Personality: At first glance, Mina is full of life, with rainbows and sugar. She's just energetic and bubbly who has a tendency to be a rampant chatterbox. However, she is often clumsy, but she is aware of this and is worn down by it, washing away her cheery mood.
On the inside, Mina is quite insecure, and highly emotional, due to her harsh sight she seen with her late father. She masks her insecurities under her happy mask. But mostly, when she feels depressed, or is around an depressing area or people, she would sing with or without her guitar.
But really, she has a caring soul and just wants to help people for the most part. She's extremely protective - in an almost motherly way - of anyone brave enough to befriend her - albeit it wouldn't be much of a stretch to admit that often times she would be the one who needs looking after.
Mina is an avid lover of nature and a practicing vegetarian. She's not too shabby of a cook, though it's fair to say not too many would share her culinary tastes. She's a bit of a closeted hopeless romantic, to boot.
History: Born Minerva Chloe Mongoose, the only child to parents Arthur and Isabella Mongoose, Mina would enjoy a relatively quiet upbringing in the urban sprawl of Westopolis. But that is until one day, while she was at the age of 8, her father died of NIDS, as she watched him pass away in his sleep. But before he died, her father told her that she has a special gift that could help the world.
While Mina had been so traumatized by it, she tried to hide it and maybe forget with happiness. She also used music to help with that, also because she believed her father meant her singing could help the world.
Since then, her life with her mother has gone rather smoothly, as Mina also pursued her dream to be a rock singer. She took whatever chance she got to showcase her talent. But like most people, grades usually get in her way. So Mina, along with a girl named Barby, was scheduled a tutor, Rotor the Walrus. Since then, the trio became fast friends, hanging out together, and even helping each other during the Black Arms crisis.

Her 'weaponry' choice is mostly based on such from a weird anime, FLCL (Fooly Cooly), where one of the characters fight with a guitar. Heck, in the end, two character sword-fight with guitars.
