Abilities: Handgun marksmanship: J has marksmanship with his handgun that can be compared to exhibitionist shooters, able to shoot a dime out of the air. Note that this only applies to his two custom guns, Clotho(a silver-plated 8 shot revolver, .45 cal with a longish vertically mounted double-barrel and a high-tensile steel frame) and Atropos(a gunmetal colored 16 shot semi-automatic handgun, .45 caliber, both a laser-sight and 200X telescopic scope and a high-tensile steel frame) With other handguns, marksmenship decreases about 10%, other arms decrease marksmanship even more. Both guns are loaded with teflon coated armor piercing slugs alternating with hollow-points.
Electrostatic manipulation: Because of the nanites in his bloodstream, J constantly produces an electromagnetic field more than 10 times the strength and density of a normal human. Due to specific modifications he has made to Clotho and Atropos, they can function as makeshift railguns, accelerating any ferrous material to up to 3 times the speed of sound. Without either of his guns, or any other device specifically designed to agument his abilities, he can only accelerate said item to about 0.9 times the speed of sound.
Biodive: Also because of the Nanites, as well as by the design of his bio-roid body, J is able to connect to most computers and such via a USB 2.0 connection if available, or through a wireless network via most connection means, assuming that he has the needed identification codes.
Weakness: first of all, with the Biodive, there isn't always a compatible access point, and counter hacks and firewalls often prove to be an annoyance; firewalls blocking the way, and counter hacks, while unable to directly hack his body due to the difference in interface(organic as opposed to artificial), they can still determine his access point.
As for his electromagnetic powers, high levels of heat, particularly if the enviroment reaches above 110 F or if his body surpasses 101 F, his abilities will be suppressed if not temporally nullified. They also set off metal detectors. Big time.
Also, because he lacks any sort of identification, he has problems passing checkpoints, purchasing supplies, and such.
POW Move: Bio-electro overload: doubles all of his abilities for three of his turns, but afterward they are unable to surpass half their base level for three terms. This is done by generating mass levels of electrical energy and using that to fuel cellular reactions in place of ATP. The reason for the stat decreasing afterward is due to extreme exhaustion.
Chaos Ability: Chaos Field: J is able to resonate his own electromagnetic field with that of a Chaos Emerald to create a field where not only can J sense any and all electromagnetic fields, but he can manipulate the vector of any ferrous material so long as it is in motion and such an alteration does not violate the laws of momentum. The field is equal to 10 meters from center times the number of Chaos Emeralds he is resonating with. Also, he cannot resonate with Chaos Emeralds not in his possession, particularly in physical contact with him. Should he be able to collect all seven chaos emeralds, he will reach a state of hyper resonance, allowing him to extend his control to any ferrous materials irregardless of their motion or lack there of.

Anzai Tomohisa is the type of person who consciously tries to live his 'own life'. He doesn't wait around for good fortune to fall into his lap or for someone else to tell him what to do, he simply does what he wants to. This doesn't mean that he is impulsive, nor overly willful, he simply does what he wants to do, and he does it at his own pace. This has gotten him in trouble with his teachers and his father at times, but nothing serious.
"Whatever happens from now on, I want you to stand firm and face your destiny without fear but with courage." --The final words of Masahiro, Anzai's Ojii-san Taking his grandfather's last words to heart, Anzai has chosen to face whatever his life throws at him head on, to stand firm and to never shy away from a challenge. Despite his willfulness however, Anzai isn't the type to stand against an unstoppable force if he sees the alternative as acceptable, nor will he abide his standing by if the alternative in unacceptable.
However, while Anzai was claimed as a son by his father, he is actually a futanari, and while he was raised as a male, he did learn several arts commonly associated with the fairer gender with the assistance of his Obaa-san, such as Shamisen and Flower Arrangement.
But despite all his posturing and his outward mannerisms, Anzai is still just a kid at heart. He's shy, and still a bit innocent, he can take a bit to pick up on 'subtle' hints, and likes to build 'Zoids' models. This is the part of himself that he guards the closest, not allowing anyone to see. And while he doesn't fully realize it himself, when he's around someone he likes, he tends to let the nicer, more cheery Anzai reign.
History:
While J himself wasn't born 19 years ago, his creator made the first prototype Bioroid then. Though this first one was imperfect and only lasted a few minutes before perishing, it proved that the concept of Bioroids was a possibility. It was after that that his creator truly devoted time to producing a functioning Bioroid, and began to research other biomedical and biomechanical fields. It was during this time that this man, one Doctor Ashton, lost his son to a tragic car accident, separated from his wife of many years, and wound up breaking off contact with nearly everyone he knew. No longer bound by interpersonal contact, Dr. Ashton began to loose his mind, and at the same time made some of his most amazing discoveries.
It took him about 5 years to create the first functioning Bioroid; 10 years later, the 1st 3rd generational Bioroid named and modeled after Dr. Ashton's late son was brought online. After a short testing period, Dr.Ashton began to avail the services of his newest creation alongside the other 23 units, seven of which are still-functioning 1st generation Bioroids, and 16 are 2nd generation units, all of varying gender-versions. Recently, the unit that has become known as Rapheal J Ashton has left the compound where he was raised and may now be found wandering in the vicinity of Metropolis.
