Abilities:
Being part Solenodon, he has venomous abilities. His bite, saliva and even slashes from his claws could poison anybody from just paralyzing to acid that can melt steel.
He can also climb with his claws, fight with his tail and immune to most toxins... most.
Weakness:
He slightly unstable, which is a reason he was exiled. He hates being mocked.
As a child, he wanted to see if he was immune to his poison, and mustered the most toxic gunk he could create and stabbed his shoulder. He survived, but was paralyzed for a few hours and at the same time, left his left shoulder wounded and have to wear a shoulder pad.
The fatter the opponent, the more likely it'll survive his toxins.
POW Move:
Acid Aura
Adds 5PP and 5LP, can only be used once for 3 turns and once a thread. Covers self in a coat of acid, most physical attacks leaves the attacker poisoned.
Toxic Blade
Coats the tail in poison, raise PP by 3 and can only be used twice a thread between a 2 turn break.
Venom Spit:
Adds PP and MP, can only be used after every 5 turns

Personality:
Toxel is anti-social, and quite a hot-head. Whenever he gets mocked or irritated, Toxel threatens the person and often ends in fights and poison his opponent. This leads him into more trouble.
He tries to stay away from people he ends up liking, he had a friend or two in the past, but he accidently poisoned them and perfers to be alone.
History:
Since the Great War, the Anthro-Humans might not be persued anymore, but they felt they belong to neither world. With the exception of the merfolks who lived in Atlantis with other aquatic creatures, most mutants hid from the world and were forgotten. They, along with other mutant anthros and 'other species' who felt outcast found an underground cavern in the Cat Country, and they builded an eco-system for themselves.
Toxel was a decendant of them, and living in his clan, he had a rough childhood for his powers. His father who he inherited his powers from died at a young age, and Toxel never learned how to control his abilities.
After he accidently poisoned his neighbor, Toxel ran away once he learned the boy survived, and didn't want to cause problems for his mother.
By the time Toxel grew into his teens, he grew anti-social, even more whenever he accidently poisons someone. Eventually, after much deaths (accidentally and in fights) Toxel's clan had enough and sent him into exiled.
The punishment was to send Toxel into the outside world, being an outcast to both Mobians and humans.
How will this end?
