Gender:
Female
Species:
Human
Affiliation:
Evil
Description:
Status:
Ruler of the Dragon Island
Location:
(Blaze's World) Dragon Dominion Island
Abilities:
Magitek
Weakness:
Her power is only based around machinery. If she's not anywhere near any source of machines, her powers are useless.
POW Move:
Superior Magitek: Adds MP to LP, or LP to MP. Regina creates devices to either attack or defend. It depends on the amount of machines she's around, and that kind of device she created.
Chaos Ability:
Magitek Weapons: Adds 5 to her MP or LP, and cannot be used after the turn she used it, and also cannot be used if she's not around any electronics.
Character Stats:
PP: 1
LP: 6
MP: 14
Personality:
Regina is as cruel, manipulative and evil as any other villain on Mobius and Nameless Zone. So she's pretty much your typical villainess. The Iron Queen is rather sadistic, taking great pleasure in tormenting her foes even to the point of abandoning a battle once she deems a sufficient amount of torture has been dealt. This is a trait she shares with the Iron King; however, in both cases shown so far these attempts at 'demoralization' have actually failed miserably despite the villains' confidence that they had succeeded. She enjoys the idea of ruining an enemy emotionally as well as physically.
While preferring to give off the smug, mocking air of someone in control, Regina hates to lose; the moment things are no longer in her favour, she screams, rages and berates everyone around her, including the Iron King and even her supposed loved ones if she had any. There could be a small amount of humanity left in her, though that side of her has yet to be discovered.
History:
Regina was born into a cult of technomages in the city of Mega Central, not only one of the large nations in the Nameless Zone, but one of the capital cities of Blaze's kingdom. As a child, she was taught by cult leaders how to control electronic impulses. As her skills improved, a young Regina was able to control robots from afar and move them to her will.
Years later when Regina was a young adult, Magitek was made illegal in Mega Central. She along with all other members of the Technomage cult were subsequently arrested. However, because of her young age, the High Chancellor showed mercy on her and allowed her to live, though exiled her from the city. With no knowledge of any other technomage cults, Regina wandered aimlessly across the planet.
That was when Regina, after stowaway on a ship, was shipwrecked to the Dragon Dominion Island. There, she was found by a small local terrorist group, led by Jun Kun. She later came before him, pledging her allegiance to him secretly to gain power. Following this, the two worked together for many years, at first employing her Magitek talents to reactivate the Dragon Kingdom's dormant machines in an effort to achieve victory.
Unfortunately, their efforts were usually crushed by the warring Clans or the free people they wanted to control, thus, they were unable to get a foothold in the region. This changed when Dr. Eggman Nega (of the Nameless Zone) came to the region, hoping to spread his tyranny. Regina convinced him to use herself and the Jun Kun as his Sub-Bosses in the region, and thus she and Jun Kun became the Iron Queen and Iron King respectively. Robotnik supplied them with weapons and technology, which enabled the two to gain control over the free peoples of the Dragon Kingdom.
Anything Else?:
Iron King (AKA: Jun Kun)
The Iron King is a powerful adversary due to being "nigh-invulnerable" and has great strength. His endurance seems to be unlimited as barely much can slow him down. The only thing that can defeat him is the Fan of Fen Xing, which unleashes a wind so powerful that it can blow anyone great distances away. But also, he seems he can be damaged by magical items or powers.
PP: 6
LP: 14
MP: 1
POW Move:
The Unstoppable: Iron King can increase his LP and PP by 5 for three turns.
Chaos Move:
Iron Bull Defense: For each emerald, he gains an extra 1 for his LP. That means it also includes the usual emerald bonus.
