Name:
Merlina the Wizard
Nickname:
Granddaughter of Merlin,Arthurian Shahra
Age:
19
Gender:
Female
Species:
Human
Affiliation:
Neutral
Description:
Status:
Royal Wizard of Camelot
Location:
A King Arthur storybook
Abilities:
As a student of the great wizard Merlin, Merlina is an adept mage in her own right. While being able to control the elements to an extent, her true talent lies in scrying the future and summoning rituals; which she has trained more than enough in on her own.
Weakness:
Right off the bat, it's not like Merlina is a master of the mystic arts; it's not enough to hold off an entire army or a fiercely powerful fighter, like the Knights of the Round. Also, her tendency to look into the future makes her more concerned for someones ultimate fate, rather than what is happening around her at the moment.
POW Move:
Unknown
Chaos Ability:
Unknown
Character Stats:
PP: 3
LP: 6
MP: 12
Personality:
Merlina is a tough one to figure out. When she's not buried in her own personal studies, she can either appear as being helpful and polite or outright cold at times. As she keeps to herself quite a bit, it's not easy to decipher what she's thinking of, which makes her fairly unpredictable. Most notably, she seems to have a very glum outlook on life itself; some times contemplating if there's any meaning to life, when everything's destined to die some day.
History:
From birth, Merlina had been a welcome guest in the Castle of Camelot, as she was the granddaughter of Arthur's most trusted teacher, Merlin. As she grew up, she studied under her grandfather, while noticing the victories and losses that would transpire for the Knights of the Round Table. It intrigued her to be so close to heroes, and she wondered quite a bit about how the future would end up. A few times through her youth, she'd cook up elaborate plans to make the Knights preform more heroic deeds, but never out of spite; simply because she was fascinated by them.
After a fox had somehow ended up in their realm, they took lessons under Merlin together, forming a bond with him. In exchange for hearing stories about the Knights, he would tell her stories of how his realm was embroiled in a war between humans and the hybrid-like species that the fox was a part of. She, who didn't quite see the point of change, believed that the reason the humans despised his species so much was because they were paranoid of all changes that had occurred in their time, from the immense number of people to the growing surge of technology; a far cry from the way Camelot was built.
One day, while Merlin and the fox were having a conversation on their own, Merlina succeeded in finding out the future of Camelot... and what she saw mortified her. The peaceful land would fall to ruin, the Knights would fail, and the King would perish and pass on; leaving only a shell of a kingdom left. Unable to accept this fate, Merlina began focusing her attention on how she could keep the kingdom alive indefinitely... and something that caught her attention was the scabbard of Arthur's sword, Excalibur...
